SEO expert for website - ongoing

SEO expert needed for a new website launch. Site content / description being kept quiet just now but am happy to give more details to the experts we shortlist - they can then amend their bids if they feel they have under / over bid. What I can say is that it is a website where consumers will by products in their local area.

We are not sure which services we want to go for at present and with that in mind, please bid with details of your services and pricing levels.

We very much will need an on-going relationship and as this is a start up the budget is tight.

I would appreciate clear bids on exactly what your services / packages include as overviews tell me little (being an SEO novice).
