SEO analysis and reccomendations

I have a site that is reasonably well optimised and have been link building and submitting articles but it is being outperformed by a very similar site.

I would like someone to compare the two sites, report back and rate key info like inbound links, on site content etc and reccomend a plan of activity to improve its position and maintain it.

I basically want a fresh pair of eyes on this and to understand what the other site is doing better.

I would like this work carried out in the next 24 hours.
