Selling conveyancing

We are selling our house and have got an offer of 375,000 pounds. We have a mortgage to be repaid, and not buying another house at this time.

Our buyer is cash buyer and requests the completion day by 25 May 2012 to which we have agreed.

We require a solicitor to handle the conveyancing and strictly request the completion day as mentioned above.
