Hi,
Ignore the budget.
Long story short, client commissioned us to develop a dating app for iOS (iPhone) - doesn't want to pay now, back tracking and making excuses.
Already had experience of the effort involved in taking a client to court via Small Claims Court, waste of time really.
Instead wanting to off load the source code at 75% off, £1000k but lowest we will take is £500 before the next VAT quarter is up.
The application will be re-skinned if need be, with new icons and logos.
