Self employed home based telemarketing/lead generation/appointment setting

I am seeking an experienced home based self-employed telemarketing professional.
I run a telemarketing and sales training company, I have regular contracts which I can service in house, but have recently been offered a few smaller contracts that would be perfect for a freelancer.

I am looking for a telemarketer who can hit the ground running, used to high dial volumes, target driven, reliable, fluent English speaker and who has a proven track record with B2B
Must have a broad range of skills which include all of the following
- Telesales,Telemarketing, Cold Calling,
- Lead Generation, Appointment Setting,

- Hourly rate and bonus offered depending on type of work undertaken. Average hourly rate is £8 -10

I will pay at miles stones agreed with the Freelancer I choose for this Job. Additionally, I will review the performance of the Freelancer I work with on a weekly basis and will only continue our working relationship depending on their performance.
