Self Assessment Tax Return

I require someone to assist with filling out my Self Assessment tax return online on the HMRC online service. Last tax year was my first so I'm new to all this.

I will provide a spreadsheet in the following format for which I will need you to translate this to the online forms on the HMRC website:

Date, Income, Expenditure, Description of Income/Expenditure

An example would be:

01/09/2011, N/A, £400.00, Laptop including laptop bag purchased.

I will list what income/expenditure there has been and I need this reviewed to ensure that expenditures listed are allowable. Expenditures include electronics (laptop, printer, etc), mileage, PeoplePerHour monthly rates, to name but a few.

I'm also looking for advice on employing a member of staff and what I would be required to do in order to achieve this.

Will prefer people that have experience with self employed web developers/IT professionals. I'm looking for a fixed price for the completion of the forms, support and advice.
