Seeking Swimwear Sample maker and pattern grader

Looking for a sample maker and pattern grader experienced in swimwear to produce 10 pieces (3x one pieces, 2x tankini tops, 2x bikini tops and 3 bottoms). 

Please quote cost:
-per sample (a second set of samples may be required please advise of any savings)
-patterns
-to grade the patterns

Must: use lectra gerba, have experience in swimwear and provide a size chart. 

Please advise on lead times and if you can accommodate fittings at your premises so you can make your own notes as to the fit comments with me present.
