Seeking political cartoonist

I am seeking cartoon-drawings that are in this subject area http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKmfiyqalH4 (located at aprox 13-17 seconds). This is for a rough draft for a video I am making. There is no special deadline. I am only first exploring, and I am not sure about many details. The budget would be for 1 piece so I can figure out better what I am looking for and how I want to use cartoons or animations and most of all how to work with a cartoonist.

I don't know what style, so I am open, but actually I prefer a sort of realistic traditional look...but not sure.

I need someone (over 21 years old) who can understand this political perspective. I would start with 1 cartoon. I would possibly want animation, but not necessarily as I don't have much budget yet. I would also like someone who works on a Mac, but not essential.
