Seeking a php/wordpress programmer to fix website layout issue in IE

I am Seeking a php/wordpress programmer to fix my wordpress e-commerce website products page images flipping transition effects in IE. The website is designed in wordpress and woocommerce and using a premium theme, "The Retailer".

The problem is that the products image container is not working properly in IE and showing both images at once. However it is supposed to show only 1 image at a time and only show/flip the other image on mouse over. I noticed that only the transparent images are doing this not the ones with backgrounds.

If you jump on to my website and press the next arrow in the Best Sellers section and check the last image which has a background and you will realize that it is displaying correctly but not ones with transparent background.

I need a php or css programmer to test the code and put a fall back code for IE.
