Security Systems Sellers

We are looking for sales agents to join our expanding team in the midlands area. We are a growing security company who require professional people to create a steady stream of new business for our company.

We provide security and fire systems to residential and commercial customers throughout the midlands.

You will be required to generate new business leads and convert these into sales. Some company generated leds will be given to sellers as appointments, however this is mainly a self generation role.

The systems which will be sold will be mainly intruder alarm systems, that rather than being ignored are linked to the telephone line to alert the customer when their alarm is activated. We have a standard package which is suitable for most homes and small businesses, however this can be expanded to suit any property. A main benefit of our systems is that the customer does not have to enter into a contract with us. Ensuring there are no ongoing costs.

There is however an option for a maintenance contract should the customer want this.

We would expect that agents are able to achieve an average of 2 sales per day.

There is also the opportunity to sell just maintenance contracts to customers who already have security systems installed.

Full product training will be given to all agents and you will also be provided with literature and a demonstration unit to aid in sales presentations.

This is a commission only role. Commissions will be paid on a sliding scale for the number of units sold each month. There is also a commission paid on the value of each order. Where maintenance contracts are sold an ongoing commission is paid for each month the customer remains in a contract.

The On target commission for this position is £2900 per month
