Secured Loans Research

Need a research of market rates for secured loans on property for the professionals (niche market) , these are companies or individuals where the security asset is not used as their main home, usually as a short term loan either to refurbish / develop or until re mortgaged with a high street lender
Research should break data by loan rates vs loan to value of asset both on 1st and 2nd charge, a basic understanding of the industry should be allowed for as part of the research
There are several companies advertising in their website the terms of their loans and some would require calling through, I would like to have as many options of loan types (some are creative such as a 100% loan to value in return for a partnership) with samples of rates for each one (and noting who the lender), there are also other fees(which are disclosed) which should be considered as well
Any factor for the rate should be noted such as if a certain loan is only available to experienced developer , loan duration etc
