Searching for a 'Tecncal Lead' for a PHP/MySQL/Java Web Design Project.

Looking for a developer to take the role as 'Technical Lead' for a PHP/MySQL/Java web design project where the graphics already has been done by a third party. The framework of which the application is built upon already exists and needs to first be stripped back to leave clean forms to start building this application from. (In other word, the chosen candidate will work from an existing design that he /she will modify for purposive)The candidate need to have good skills around PHP/MySQL/Java. The work mainly is around adding fields that will be used for data collection and also to use this data and display it in a graphical way against predefined SQL queries.

The right candidate would be offered a low monthly fee during the development (the candidate would have to commit to a set of weekly hours he can work on the project against this fee). The fee is low as at start up company and not yet generate any income BUT the chosen candidate would also be offered by contract a possible residual income based on the success of the company (percentage and terms of contract to be discussed).

So in other words, the Developer would work against a monthly fee with the aim to if a successful idea be able to make good money down the line. The duration of coding all depends on how fast candidate is so hard to say.

Who is a good candidate? Someone that would like to put his/her teeth in a project that could give a healthy income down the line whiles making some extra money Monthly.
