Search engline - Joomla - K2 - module

Hello,

I have a site on Joomla 1.5
I have installed K2 and all the project/site is on K2.

The site is about displaying information for some professionals.

I would like to have search engine where it will have 2 text box like http://www.vrisko.gr
(see the attachment)
(If you have problem with the Greece language please let me know and I will translate to English for you)

On the left box I would like to enter from the keyboard the keyword of the professional I would like to find for example: hotel, electrical engineer, greengrocer, table, buttons, chair, and so on.

On the right box I would like to enter from the keyboard the keyword of the city that I want to find the professional, for example: Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra and so on

There is module that it can do this job but it has only one text job.
I would like to have 2 text box and it MUST be combined it order to display the records from the K2

I am open to any suggestion regarding this issue.
If you know any other components-module-plugin that it can do what I am looking for (on Joomla) then I have to problem discuss with you.

Before you bet I have to tell you that this is the second time that I enter this project.
The first time the freelancer that take the job, after 2week (and 56 emails) he told that he can not deliver the project.
So please be very careful when you bet.
As I am using the Joomla cms for 6years I can help you with any issues that you might have.
