Search Engine Optimization / Optimisation / SEO for new website

I am looking for an SEO expert (using white-hat teachniques only) for a new website selling a niche skincare tool (ukdermarollers.co.uk). As this is a small business at start-up the budget is tight.

My aim is to get to Page 1-2 google.co.uk/.com for at least some my chosen key phrases; to give an idea of what I want, here are a few of them;

(although I appreciate that some of these will be easier/faster to achieve than others).
