Search Engine Optimisation - Off-The-Page (Link Building/

I am looking for an individual to assist me with a new client win. I need an initial assessment of my client's external SEO activities, and recommendations for how to improve it, which I estimate you will need 8-12 hours to complete. I will then need someone to implement these recommendations off-the-page (links/social/trust/personal) for which I estimate perhaps another 16-20 hours per month on an ongoing basis - I will help with copywriting support (for blogs, for example). I have the topline strategy sorted so I really need a specialist to help me to deliver it plus to help make additional recommendations on an on-going basis. I am not interested in quick wins having been burnt by the most recent Google update; I want to work with someone who knows how to build genuine long term natural organic search results through good quality links etc etc etc. I also need someone to help with on-site SEO. This could be the same person, or someone different. I would ideally like to meet the person involved for an initial meeting - we are based in West London and would cover reasonable time/travel costs if appropriate and agreed.
