Search Engine Optimisation

Hello!

I am looking for someone to get a very solid domain name well up in the google rankings. I already own the relevant domain but need YOU to help guide on how to improve the site to get us listed higher. It is a niche part of the construction industry. The site has been made by another web developer so you may have to liaise with them to adjust html etc.

Fee paid will be success based. 25% up front and 75% upon the domain making it into the top three. There is potentially another similar follow-up job.
