Seamstress with incredible tailoring and stitching to luxury standards

Looking for a seamstress with incredible tailoring and stitching to luxury standards to sew luxury womens tailored jacket. Pattern cutting skills is not a must but is desirable. I am a small niche label that designs jackets and dresses to high standards for luxury womenswear market and looking for a seamstress with impeccable finishing and stitching. Please only reply if you have a very high standard of work. An additional note that is important between the relationship with a seamstress for me is respecting deadlines so that our relationship can both be based on respect, reliability and high standards. Seamstress must be able to sew both simple jackets to heavily tailored and detailed garments.
