Seamstress needed for 16 simple dresses quick turn around

I need a seamstress with access to an overlocker to construct 16 basic shift dresses for me - the fabric is digitally printed silk habotai, the dresses need to be lined I will provide the lining and the pattern, as well as 17 concealed zips.
The dresses must be completed to a professional standard and a sample can be provided to show the standard and finishes expected.
I will be able to provide the fabric in the next few weeks but would need a fairly quick turnaround - ideally by mid March.
I have attached an image of one of the dresses I have already created using the same pattern.
As this job is fairly big but not difficult I am looking for someone who can produce a bath of 16 efficiently however for a low cost.
