Seamstress, design/development, sample maker, pattern cutter & grader

I am a new start-up business and I will be designing and selling underwear, clubwear and clothing, for both men and women

I am looking to work with a company or individual that is experienced in designing underwear and other clothing, and who would be able to interpret my ideas and turn them into reality, within a reasonable time frame.

You would be working with mock-up samples that I already have and taking ideas (copying) from existing designs. Initially I will require work on approximately 14 designs - underwear, skirt, dress, bodysuits, bikini tops and the like. The work on these designs varies from starting at the design/development stage, to adapting existing designs, with ultimately, all designs being graded to 5/6 sizes, patterns being produced and samples made.

I would consider splitting this work into two jobs (#1 design and working samples. #2 grading and patterns) but would prefer it to be done as one.

The fabric you will be working with is a stretch PU/PVC fabric. This will prove challenging in the strap design for the underwear, as the two surfaces tend to stick to each other, when producing the seamless, self made straps (as in picture)

The successful bidder must have a proven background, be highly skilled and able to produce work to a very high standard, be self-motivated and able to work to timelines agreed.

I have attached pictures of the ladies mock-up sample bikini brief, to give you an idea of the type of underwear/clothing I would like to create.
