Screen designs and simple logo for iPhone App

The design is for an iPhone app, We would like this to be a very simple design with a maximum of 3 different colours. There are 8 screens in total, however the background will remain the same for 7 of the screens so once you have a template, all that needs doing is to design the buttons, windows and some of the text.

A very simple logo will be required for the main screen. Examples are available.

We have a full spec document available to the winning bid. We would like to receive bids from experienced designers who can turn this round by the end of the week. Budget is £70 - £80
