Sci-fi Illustration

I would like a highly detailed sci-fi illustration drawn of a futuristic soldier in combat. The illustration should include:

Close of soldiers face.
Soldier in future armour and using laser rifle.
Backdrop of a planet and moonscape.
Explosion in background.

Photos and an illustration will be provided to use as reference. The project is to start within a week, and will be given up to a week to complete. Based on a much more complicated illustration I had from this site, I would expect to pay £100 for this maximum.
