School Dreamweaver project

This project is for me, a student. Right now we are working with dreamweaver. We have to make our website using div tags along with working links. The site can be simple with just basic colored div with simple titles. Ive tried myself to do this project but become unsuccessful and run into many problems. down below are some details. This should be very simple for someone that is familiar with dreamweaver.

Use Adobe Dreamweaver to create a portfolio web site to display your artwork and designs. It should be well designed to showcase your work, and easy to navigate. Be sure to do the following when building this site:
• define your site from the beginning to ensure that everything is packaged neatly (and please include your name in the folder name)
• you must include at least 3 pages with clear navigation; there should be links from every page to every page
• build the site using div layout and an external style sheet for all CSS
• you must include all work completed for this class with all pertinent information, and you may include 
any other content that you like as well
• export your raster images using the save for web and devices function in the relevant software, set to sRGB color space and proper pixel dimensions; try to avoid large file sizes
• be sure to develop a deliberate, consistent design that does not distract from the content 
Upload your entire local root folder to the Drop Box in the shared drive after making sure that all necessary files are properly organized
