Savvy tax adviser required

We are a Registered Charity Limited Company who are actively involved in a number of business deals which if not organised properly at this stage could well present us with difficulties as time goes on. We have our own accountant/auditor who do excellent work but we prefer to seek advice/guidance from independent professional as to what the best way would be to deal with the various issues surrounding these transactions,
