Criteria:

# quality must be of high standard as the bags are aimed at the luxury market
# must have experience in working with leather
# sample bag to be completed within 2 weeks on receiving all design and materials
# require examples of previous work
# commission will be on a fixed price basis i.e. lump sum per bag
# payment by Escrow (payment in advance for materials)
