Salesforce Training

We are a SME that would like to have some training on Salesforce and perhaps have it set up to work optimally for us.

We do not have complicated requests and could probably work it out but would save a lot of time to have someone come in and give us a couple of hours training and support.

We mainly need it to keep records of telemarketing activities and track call notes/history. We only have a few hundred accounts currently and am looking to use Salesforce more effectively.

Requirements/Training/Questions:
1. Set up fields to capture details needed on prospects
2. How to share accounts/contacts
3. Run basic reports
4. Import/Export records
