Sales Person - Telephone Answering Services

We are a small start up business which has recently moved in the virtual office service market offering a range of Professional Telephone Answering Services.

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic sales person to generate bookings for our services. We are currently offering a 14 days free trail on our PayAsYou go service and seeking for potential clients to be signed up and use these (or other services).


Our business is diverse and we provide small and medium bisinesses with a range of Call Handling Solutions. For example, we offer, UK baed, 24/7, Low Rate:

· PayAsYouGo Telephone Answering Service – Client can divert their calls to us, we answer in the company greeting, give user defined messages to the caller, take and message and pass details onto our client by email/sms. This service is ideal for small businesses, start ups and those where a professional image is required. This is our most popular service and we offer on a PayAsYou go basis covering 24/7. Examples of clients that this service may be suitable for includes trades people, internet companies, consultancies, service providers, mobile services etc etc (the options are endless). This service is most widely used to capture sales enquires / take important messages quickly and efficiently.

· Order taking services – designed to the need of the client, full bespoke.

· Ticket booking services – designed to the need of the client, full bespoke.

· Call Out Services – for example, a 24/7 tradesperson may divert their lines to us and we answer as the company, hold the caller and call the nominated person to dispatch them to a call.

· Customer Services lines

· Virtual Reception Services – we answer clients lines, try to connect calls to relevant persons (landline/mobile) if no reply we take a message and pass on.

For the right sales person, this assignment could be long term and results driven.

We are seeking an individual to lawfully identify leads, contact them with a view of selling our services and getting confirmed leads for us to re-contact and get set up.

Our initial offer is for approx 3 days work over two weeks, rates are between £6.00 and £9.00 per hour and subject to results we would be looking for a longer term relationship with the right sales person.
