Sales person

Im developing a local tradesman directory and require a sales person to sell my service to local tradesman and get them to join my directory.
My directory offers a service that no other directory can provide and as a result should be a service tradesman want to be a part of.
I need at least 100 to be signed up. What should make it easier for you is I'm offering this service initially free to tradesman. I will then try and renew them on to a paying subscription after a 2 month period.
To summarize
100 tradesman required, at least
I'll provide contact list
Selling a free service to them
I will renew them on to a paying subscription after the initial free period

Please quote me on this but im prepared to pay the successfull bidder 40% of the income from the paying subscribers in month 1
