Sales people needed for new business

Dynamic sales people needed. No experience necessary but must be confident on the phone, or at least pretend to be!

I have another job open for someone to compile a database of prospective customers. Once this has been done, I need some sales people to work through the list to try and secure advertising. This will be done with a 2 way approach. The first is to offer free advertising to the client for the first 3 months, then a monthly fixed fee will apply ( £25). The second approach is to offer commission on each sale we generate for them if they allow us to advertise their car. I would like to try both these approaches to test which is more effective.

Times worked can be negotiable and the number of hours a week is negotiable. I am not being intentionally vague but this is a work in progress so we are learning as we go.

1 week trial to begin with then we can regroup all lessons learnt and re evaluate.
