Sales Lead Generation (Web Design and Related Services)

I am looking for an individual to generate sales leads within the web design industry. Basically getting sales leads from companies and individuals looking for a website, logo design, brochures, flyers. The main role here is to gather as many sales leads as possible for "New Website Packages" and to upsell logo design etc.

This role would suit someone within a sales background and that can close a sale. I am not looking for a "one hit wonder" here but rather someone that I can work with long term. I am flexible as regards to pay and this can be arranged for the right individual.

Also its important to keep in mind that I am looking for someone who can spot a customer with a genuine need for my services.
