SCS Environmental Services Ltd require experienced sales people to sell water tank cleaning/disinfection, legionella risk assessment, kitchen extract cleaning and kitchen deep cleaning services to facilities services groups throughout London and the home counties.
There is no hard selling required as every occupied building is required by law to have a Legionella risk assessment and water tanks cleaned or inspected every 12 months. The client will also be obliged to undertake kitchen extract system cleaning every 6-12 months under the requirements of their buildings insurance.
You will be required to contact the relevant maintenance manager and arrange for us to provide them with a quotation for undertaking Water tank cleaning, Legionella risk assessments, Kitchen extract system cleaning and/or kitchen deep cleaning.

!!!!!!!At some time during the course of twelve months most commercial buildings will have to employ the services of a professional environmental company to undertake these works!!!!!!!!!
