What we are looking for/Key Requirements.
We are currently looking for a New Business Development Salesperson to develop sales on a range of Microsoft market leading products & services.
This role is best suited to those who have Business to Business sales experience and are adaptable to change and feel comfortable working in a small company environment.
You must be able to take a lead and:
• Make initial contact by phone
• Schedule a product demonstration
• Arrange on-site meetings for our consultants for our services
• After 2 to 3 months with training carry out web demonstration of relevant products
• Follow an initial enquiry through to a sale
• Build a sales pipeline
Experience in the following areas would be beneficial, but not necessary for someone who can demonstrate sales ability:
• Client Relationship Management (CRM)
• Ability to understand a potential clients business and how to apply a CRM based solution within the clients business so that the client can see the benefits of adopting CRM.
• Use of corporate e-mail and collaboration products and how a small to medium business can use these same services to aid business productivity
• The right candidate will need a strong work ethic with the discipline to work diligently and independently.
• The ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident interacting with clients.
• You need to understand the BANT sales process, be proactive and results driven having the ability to achieve clear goals and objectives.
This role would suit an enthusiastic quick learner with the desire to hit the ground running who is keen to deliver and grow with the business.
Sales experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with our lead generation service as well generate your own leads/new business with prospective clients.
• Build relationships across multiple sectors, including identifying new opportunities within the market.
• Regular follow up on leads and work with prospects from a needs assessment, presentation, to pricing and negotiation of final deals.
• Escalate, track and resolve client issues and manage expectations both internally and externally with clients from implementation and on-going maintenance and support.
• Work with internal consultants in the development of the client solution.
• Manage on going client relationships to explore additional sales opportunities.
• Work with Marketing to provide feedback on what is working and when the message we are trying to deliver is not clear.
This is a 5 day a week job, but for the right person we could consider reduced hours within each of the 5 days.
Role will initially be based in Eversley, Hampshire but is likely to relocate to Basingstoke, Hampshire within the next 6 to 12 month's.
