Ruby on rails expert needed to give me regular help with my programming

I have been learning to program using ruby/ruby on rails coming up to a year now but some books aren't enough help and some times direct advice is needed from experts who were once faced with the learning curve I'm faced with. Coming from other programming langages/frameworks makes ruby on rails seem very alien at times but so far I'd say it's the best move I've made in a long time.

What I'd like is to hire someone who normally spends their day programming in ruby/ruby on rails and knows it inside out or close to be available via instant messenger for when I need any kind of help with ruby on rails.

For bigger projects I normally pay for the work to be done but for really small basic projects I tend to take them on myself for 1. more practice 2. to strengthen what I already know. Currently I'm working on an online community, infact rebuilding something I programmed in php a few years ago. The deeper I get into the project the more I feel like relaunching the website but as I'm no expert in ROR an expert is needed to guide me along the way.

We can use git, my private github account and a project management system like teamlab to keep track of the project.

So if you're trustworthy, affordable, have 3+ years experience and available during working hours then please get in contact.

You must me proficient in:

RUBY
RUBY ON RAILS
RSPEC
GIT

Have some experience in:

HTML, HTML5, XHTML
CSS, CSS3
JQUERY

and you must:

- have good communication skills.
- be quick to respond to issues.
- have GTalk/Skype for instant messaging or voice communication, don't mind which one.

Extra terms

No deposits, I only do this on fixed jobs e.g. the ones in progress.

I'm only interested in serious programmers with feedback/reviews, work they have fully completed with references for that work they can back up. It's best not to refer me to work that's not yours as that plan will most likely backfire.
