Ruby on rails developer

I am currently looking for a professional ruby on rails programmer who have more than 3-4 year experience with rails and javascript. I am also a web developer but due to lot of work involved at the moment I need a programmer to help me out with my start-up project. If you need more information please bid and I can explain.
