Rotoscope 1 min footage

I have just over a minute of footage compromising of around 19 shots. Each shot requires two actors to be cut from the sequence. This can be done either by masking or creating a luma matte. The budget is tight and the time is tight however I would like to get the best possible matte. Any bidders should contact me an I will upload one of the shots to be downloaded. Bidder must submit 2-3 seconds of this shot back to me before I decide to take them for the job so I can see the quality of matte to be expected back. International artists preferred.
