Room Interior

I have a spare room and en suit bathroom I would like to update and make warm and cosy for guests.
I am looking for an interior or room designer of sorts.

I have the basics, Bed, Cloths rail and Side Cabinet.

I am looking for someone who can transform the room into a cosy warm space by adding a few small pieces. It could be a few pictures, a rug, a side table, choice of bed covers etc. The fine details.

I imagine the person could come and have a look at the room, Spend a few hours thinking of concepts and researching pieces online and shops. Then sends me the proposals of things to buy, I would approve this and they could buy it or I can order stuff if its online. Then another few hours decorating the room with the pieces.

I have calculated 7-10 hours max in total with the job to be completed within 2 weeks.

1 hour to see room and pieces I already have
3 hours research time and visiting stores and Markets if needed
2 hours buying and collecting any pieces (if all not online)
3 hours doing up room

I have a budget of about £300 for pieces

My taste tends to be in the Shabby Chic, Retro or French Period Style Mixed with modern.
