Rewrite PHP site in ASP.NET & MSSQL

We have a simple mobile site that allows a user to search for a food item and see the number of calories in it. The user can either type the food name into a search box or search by looking up the item by name. There are 4 other pages leading to T&C's, Privacy Statement, Contact and Data Statement. The site was built in Cake PHP using a MySQL database but because the site is to be hosted on a Windows server running IIs and MSSQL the site has to be converted for the new environment. The Cake PHP code can be provided for reference to the chosen bidder.
