Rewrite DirectX Delphi game in C# and XNA

This job entails porting a game engine from Delphi ( previously commercial game), which used straight DirectX 7, to C# and for it to use XNA. The idea is to re-release on Windows Phone 7 and possibly other devices.

It is a 2D isometric game, so experience with game programming is essential and previous experience writing isometric engines would be beneficial. The engine is not as efficient as it could be, so a rewrite to use latest 2D techniques with shaders would be a bonus. The game will stay 2D isometric as we don't want the added cost writing a 3D engine and rerendering assets. We also want it to have that retro Diablo look/feel.

All assets already exist.
