Revisions to User Interface

We are launching a new site that is based on a template that we purchased. We would like you to redesign and adjust some of the elements.
We want you to focus on our home page first and will then ask you to make adjustments to other pages in the site.
This website specializes in “wedding rings” for both men and women. So the design changes you make should appeal to both men and women (not too feminine and not too masculine).
Many of the changes will be simple CSS changes for us. We are NOT looking for a complete redesign of this interface. We just want some fairly minor changes, edits and suggestions.
Please view the attached image and see the changes we want done. This includes:
1. Create a new tile that will be used for the background.
2. Change the font type, size and color for the telephone numbers and hours of operation in the header and footer.
3. Most importantly, in the body of the page are 16 ring images and category names. We would like each ring image and category name framed so that they clearly separate from each other. Each ring image is on a white background and this will not change.
4. On the right side of the page you will see some elements that we can change. We can change the order of appearance, we can add frames, and we can also just leave these elements exactly as they are.
5. We want your additional recommendations and suggestions on changes to this page. Please note that we don’t want to do too much at this point so let’s keep things simple.
6. Please quote a fee, include the number of design choices we will receive, include the number of revisions, tell us your start date, date that we can receive the first design ideas, and latest date to complete the project.
7. After awarding the project to you, you will be hired to make your suggestions/recommendation for the other major pages in the site.
