We have an existing services contract which was written by a solicitor on PPH. This person is no longer active and we require a new legal partner to work with.
Our existing contract covers the sale of our marketing service on a 90 day project. It needs reviewing as there are a couple of points which need amending.
We now require a new contract which will include a large part of the 90 day project contract, but is for clients purchasing on a retainer model. We will sign clients up on an ongoing basis for an agreed amount of service each month. The contract will be rolling on a 90 day cancellation basis. Any experience of creating retainer contracts is of benefit.
