Revision of a engineering research report

I am looking for a professional , preferably with an engineering background in order to revise the final report of a research document that I have been doing for a year.

The research is about forces experienced by buildings under tsunami scenarios, and is nearly finished comprising of about 40 pages of text (1.5 line spaced).

The revision should be about the grammar, document format and making sure technical words are placed where necessary !

I pay really well for the right one. This is private research I have been doing and I am aiming to perhaps publish at some point.
