Review my e-newsletter and stats & make recommendations

I have done so since Feb 12. Typically it contains 4 stories each month, which are then hosted on blog and I schedule tweets throughout the month to it. I have missed a couple of months across this time. Open & click through rates are dropping.

Like a lot of marketers I find it difficult to appraise my own stuff!

I would like somebody with experience of analysing Mailchimp stats and ideally also content. I am looking for:

- Feedback on content
- Feedback on subject line/send time
- Feedback on design
- Suggestions for different things for me to try going forward

My e-news is a 'soft sell', I am hoping it positions me as an 'expert' rather than a direct sell, so I am not interested in turning it into a hard sell but maybe I should be a little more forward.

Can you please provide me with a fixed price quote for reviewing and providing a report? I'd like the report to be fairly concise with use of bullet points. I am thinking a couple of pages of A4 word.
