Review and re-write content for existing PDF brochure

We have a PDF brochure about our products and services in the technology market. We want ideal candidate to review brochure and to suggest and carry out changes to content.
Candidate should have relevant experience and if possible have some design skills also (not essential). In the coming weeks we will be carrying out a review of our website content and to hire someone to commit to 4 blogs per month, so ideally we would like to work with candidate on a long term basis.
