Revamp our joomla website

Hi,

I am looking to revamp our exisisting website which was put together by myself, so very amateur.

Please could you take a look, I would like it to be more professional with easy navigation and feel to it. The websites I like are http://www.focusfitnessuk.com/ and www.runbreeze.com and if we could have the revamp a mix of the 2 that would be great.
