Revamp of website

same as orginal job that i have posted but wouldn't mind an upgrade for the website make it more upto date and fresh as it looks for 80'ss and if i could it put in a few words i could do this kind of work so url is www.mentalbidz.com it works on a cpanel looking for a fresher look banner so be maybe flash proactive or moving sliding with option for another page then maybe some more content written and maybe some long term advertising and seo management please have a look at my first job posted and if you can do both that would be an advantage at a monthly fee.
