Revamp mywebsite and make it more user friendly

I currently have a wordpress site.
I want my site updating and less cluttered looking with drop down pages from main menu so for example where it says Beauty treatments then sub drop down pages for each beauty treatment then for Holistic treatments drop down sub pages for each treatments I would like a new looking home page with pictures that move along a contact page the facility where i can add blogs which go out as newsletters I would like a page for previous newletters for people to look at and a page where my press releases can go
I would also like a new page for holiday properties we work with
about us page with drop down of overview of treamtments and proffesional qulifications and memberships/association drop downs
corporate page
a baby massage instruction page I like the search facility and the facebook which I have on there
Just want it looking slicker more professional with pictures laid out properly not just in a row like I have done I have some examples of websites I really like and would like it to be similar to.
I need someone can deliver the work by the end of July 2012 and easy to work with.
