Revamp an existing website

i have a website which needs to be revamped. This website is for a hair and beauty salon however the current website does not portray my business the way i want it to. The current website is very old, boring and not at all to my liking, Maybe the layout, colour, the tabs etc can be changed so the website looks like a hair and beauty website. I also need a shopping cart on my website in order to sell items that are on my website. Please note my budget for this work is £50 only the price is non negotiable unless im missing something. I need the work to be done within the next 7 - 10 days
