Retrospective Planning Permission drawings

We are extending our house and while building it I have introduced few changes/deviations from the approved plans and now I'm being forced by planning department to apply for a retrospective planning permission. That is why I need new set of plans showing the introduced changes I have done:

- Flatten rear dormer roof to meet with the front dormer roof and omitted the ridge between those two flat roofs to create larger space for semi-intensive green roof (I had structural calculations done to accommodate for the increased loading)

- On the front dormer I have Introduced two large flat roof windows and one access hatch which can be accessed by steps which I have constructed just above the first-floor stairs.

- I have also installed slightly different casement uPVC windows

Would you be able to redraft the existing plans (attached) to show the changes so that I can apply for the retrospective planning permission?
