Retrieve lost files and relaunch site

I'm looking for someone to do a contract job on the Web site I edit.

The site, which is relatively small — we post about an article per week — was recently hacked and taken down. In the past, a friend of mine with limited Web skills was able to locate the malicious code and relaunch the themes but that didn't work this time. They hit us hard.

I'm looking for an affordable Web technician ($150 — it's not a big job!) to check for remaining malware and retrieve the lost files and relaunch the site. We are using WordPress and our host is GoDaddy.
