Restaurant Menu Design in Photoshop

I'm looking for someone who can produce a lunch menu on Photoshop for me. I'm running to a tight deadline and would ideally like this for Friday15th June.

I've attached a sample of the type of menu style we want, although I plan to have the menu printed on brown paper, so please bear that in mind when choosing colours.

The restaurant is situated in an 18th century building, which was once a ships chandlers, so a maritime/vintage/industrial feel to the menu is necessary.

Should we be pleased with your work, there would be plenty of other work to follow in the same style.

The project needs to be completed in Photoshop, and I'd like the text to be editable as we do change our menu every couple of weeks. I'd also need the font used sending so it will work on my computer.

The menu will two sides of A4 and I'd like it to fold in the middle.
