Experience Level: Intermediate
Our client is a popular restaurant with 4 sites of the same theme. They are looking for a app (ios and android) which will be designed to:
• Increase brand loyalty
• Increase repeat customers
• Win new customers
Therefore they are looking to have features that will increase engagement and interaction with their customers which would include the following features:
• App table reservation system which can be integrated with top table reservation system
• Have the ability to communicate waiting time for table availability. The restaurants are very popular so when customers arrive at the restaurant, typically there will be a waiting time for a table, currently assessed by the waiter informing them when the next table will be available. They are looking for a system within the app which will inform the customer the time it will take for the next table to be available, and informing them when the table is ready. Usually the customer will either wait in the restaurant or return back to the restaurant based on the time given.
• Integration with facebook, twitter
• Fan wall, giving the ability for customers to send photos and write review about their experiences at the restaurant,
• Menu displays
• Loyalty and couponing schemes, where customers are rewarded with a offer or something free after 4 or 5 visits
• GPS direction
• Tap to call, and email functions
• Sharing the app
• Push notifications
• Content management system so that the restaurant can change and upload text, images and videos as and when they want
• Gallery
• Events
With regards the budget, the client has limited funds to spend on this.
